There's always one in every apartment complex.

As a kid, I kind of liked Oscar over all the other characters. He lived in a depth-less trash can. He had everything in there. But now that I think about it, he's really a smelly annoying bum who hangs out right outside the front door.

Everyone from every town is so judgmental of new comers...as if there's no such thing as a learning curve. Whatevs. It's easy enough to figure out the transit system since it runs consistently and in relatively straight lines.
